Contact the Elected Managers of Group Management 0002 LLC

Group Management 0002 LLC is a Manager Managed LLC, and GM2 currently has two elected Managers overseeing the day-to-day operations of the LLC. The current Managers are Jennifer Entner and John Schober.

Jennifer Entner does the following:

  • Answers calls from Members with general questions about GM2.
  • Answers Members' basic questions regarding insurance claims, tax matters, bank deposits, and legal matters.
  • Communicates with individuals whenever they wish to join or leave GM2.
  • Coordinates and partakes in every Member meeting whenever individuals join or leave GM2.
  • Prepares all Member documents and manages the storage and filing of all Member documents.
  • Performs background checks on individual Members of GM2 whenever requested by a Member's client and, at the same time, authorized by that member.
  • Records all changes to Members' addresses, phone numbers, emails, and bank account information.
  • Handles requests from Members for income verification and copies of their documents kept on file by GM2.

John Schober does the following:

  • Answers Members' complex questions about GM2 and its Operating Agreement.
  • Answers Members' complex questions regarding insurance claims, tax matters, bank deposits, and legal matters.
  • Covers for Jennifer Entner whenever she is unavailable or on vacation.
  • Oversees all services provided by Member Management LLC
  • Oversees preparation and filing of GM2's federal and state income tax returns.
  • Oversees preparation and filing of GM2's state excise tax filings.
  • Oversees all ACH transfers of payments from Members' clients and to Members' bank accounts.
  • Oversees all insurance audits conducted on GM2's Workers Compensation Insurance policy
  • Oversees all legal matters involving GM2.
  • Oversees the offsite storage of all backup copies of all documents for GM2.
  • Oversees the IT operations of GM2.
  • Oversees the bookkeeping needs of GM2.
