About Joining Group Management 0002 LLC as a Member of the LLC

It costs nothing to join GM2 as a member/partner,
and you are free to leave the LLC anytime.

  • Optional direct deposits of a percentage of their invoiced services can be deposited into a member's personal tax savings accounts
  • Issuance of a K-1 at the end of a fiscal year, listing a total of their invoiced services under GM2
  • Receive 2500 shares in the GM2 LLC and participate in the annual Member vote that elects the Managers of the LLC.
  • Workers compensation insurance provided the state they operate in allows for member/partner coverage
  • $1,000,000 of general liability coverage and $1,000,000 of hired non-owned auto coverage
  • Freedom to do business with as many different firms/brokers as a Member likes to
  • Freedom to independently negotiate and establish unique billing rates with each firm/broker
  • Freedom to independently negotiate and establish their operating territory with each firm/broker
  • Freedom to accept or refuse to perform an audit and/or report from any firm/broker at anytime
  • Freedom to deduct their business expenses on their tax returns

Before contacting us to become a Member of GM2, be sure to consider the following:

  • Before an individual joins GM2 as a Member, he/she must first read the entire gm2 operating agreement and know that the GM operating agreement is always available on the GM2 website www.joinGM2.com and completely agree with all sections, including sections 3.8.1, 3.8.2, and 3.8.3 and understand how they will relate to them as a Member/Partner of GM2.
  • An individual who joins GM2 as a member must understand and agree without any objections that being a member of GM2 qualifies him/her as a partner in the LLC with regards to personal taxes, all labor-related matters, and that he/she will not qualify as an employee of GM2, Member Management LLC, or any other company or a firm/broker whenever he/she performs, invoices or is paid for any activities or services as a Member of GM2.
  • An individual who joins GM2 as a member must understand and agree without any objections that, as a member/partner of GM2, he/she will receive a K-1 form at the end of a fiscal year, and not a W-2 or 1099, and that he/she is solely responsible for withholding, filing, and paying all of his/her own personal state and federal taxes on time, and that he/she is solely responsible for withholding, filing, and paying all of his/her estimated tax payments on time.
  • An individual who joins GM2 as a member must understand and agree without any objections that, as a member/partner of GM2, neither Member Management LLC nor GM2 will provide a list of companies or firms/brokers for him/her to contact, and that he/she alone must independently identify and establish his/her contacts at whatever companies or firms/brokers he/she wishes to do business with, and that he/she alone is responsible for how much or little work he/she has to do.
  • An individual who joins GM2 as a member must understand and agree without any objections that, as a member/partner of GM2, neither Member Management LLC nor GM2 will disclose/advertise his/her services to companies or firms/brokers, and that he/she alone must market himself/herself, and establish his/her business relationships with whatever companies or firms/brokers he/she wishes to do business with, and that he/she alone is responsible for how much or little work he/she has to do.
  • An individual who joins GM2 as a member must understand and agree without any objections that, as a member/partner of GM2, he/she is solely responsible for negotiating, determining, and understanding the individual terms of any agreements he/she enters into, including the rates and operating territory for his/her services that he/she provides as a member/partner of GM2, and that he/she is solely responsible/liable for all of his/her expenses and losses that may result from those agreements he/she enters into, including rates and/or operating territory for his/her services that he/she provides as a Member/Partner of GM2.
  • An individual who joins GM2 as a member must understand and agree without any objections that, as a member/partner of GM2, he/she does not qualify as an employee of GM2, Member Management LLC, any other company, or any firm/broker he/she does business with while operating as a member/partner of GM2 so: (i) He/she must agree that he/she will not attempt to have any labor-related board/agency pursue a wage per hour, overtime, or any other labor-related claim on his/her behalf against GM2 under any circumstances; and (ii) He/she must agree that he/she will not attempt to have any labor-related board/agency pursue a wage per hour, overtime, or any other labor-related claim on his/her behalf against Member Management LLC, any other company or any firm/broker based on what he/she has performed or has been paid as a Member/Partner of GM2. (iii) He/she must agree to be individually and personally liable for and pay any parties' expenses and damages stemming from him/her falsely pursuing any labor-related claim based on what he/she has performed or has been paid as a member/partner of GM2.
  • An individual who joins GM2 as a member must understand and agree without any objections that, as a member/partner of GM2, he/she does not pay for or contribute anything towards unemployment insurance, and that he/she does not qualify for unemployment and cannot file for unemployment against GM2, Member Management LLC, any other company or any firm/broker he/she does business with while operating as a member/partner of GM2 so: (i) He/she must agree that he/she will not attempt to file for unemployment against GM2 under any circumstances; and (ii) He/she must agree that he/she will not attempt to file for unemployment against Member Management LLC, any other company, or any firm/broker based upon what he/she has performed or has been paid as a member/partner of GM2. (iii) He/she must agree to be individually and personally liable for and pay any parties' expenses and damages stemming from him/her falsely pursuing any unemployment claim based on what he/she has performed or has been paid as a member/partner of GM2.
  • An individual who joins GM2 as a member must understand and agree without any objections that, as a member/partner of GM2, he/she is not required to pay for or contribute anything towards Disability Insurance and can freely choose not to purchase disability insurance so: (i) He/she must agree that he/she will not attempt to file for disability against GM2 under any circumstances; and (ii) He/she must agree that he/she will not attempt to file for disability against Member Management LLC, any other company or any firm/broker based on what he/she has performed or has been paid as a member/partner of GM2. (iii) He/She must agree to be individually and personally liable for and pay any parties' expenses and damages stemming from him/her falsely pursuing any disability claims based on what he/she has performed or has been paid as a member/partner of GM2.
  • An individual who joins GM2 as a member must understand and agree without any objections that, as a Member/Partner of GM2, he/she is solely responsible for compensating Member Management LLC for its service charge, which will be a percentage of whatever he/she bills to firm(s)/broker(s), as a member of GM2 and that the rate is solely based upon what he/she represent to Member Management LLC, and that under all circumstances and without exception he/she is still solely liable for and agrees to always pay Member Management LLC the following rates based on what he/she performs as a member/partner of GM2 for any firm/broker.
  • Whenever he/she performs telephone insurance premium audits and/or surveys, he/she must understand that he/she will owe Member Management LLC, and he/she must agree to pay Member Management LLC a rate of 6.0% (six percent) for Member Management's service charge.
  • Whenever he/she performs physical insurance premium audits, he/she must understand that he/she will owe Member Management LLC, and he/she must agree to pay Member Management LLC a rate of 6.0% (six percent) for Member Management's service charge.
  • Whenever he/she performs physical insurance inspections and/or surveys, he/she must understand that he/she will owe Member Management LLC. He/she must agree to pay Member Management LLC a rate of 10.0% (ten percent) for Member Management's service charge.
  • Whenever he/she performs a combination of (telephone insurance premium audits and/or surveys or physical insurance premium audits) and (physical insurance inspections and/or surveys), he/she must understand that he/she will owe Member Management LLC. He/she must agree to pay Member Management LLC a rate of 10.0% (ten percent) for Member Management's service charge.

Member Management LLC wants you to understand everything before joining GM2

A vAn individual who joins GM2 as a member is allowed to review all documents with an attorney at law of his/her choice before signing anything. He/she will be offered up to $75.00 (seventy-five dollars) in reimbursement from Member Management LLC if he/she chooses to have an attorney at law advise him/her on any documents aboutGM2. He/She is not required to have an attorney at law review any documents with him/her. Still, he/she must understand that if he/she chooses to have an attorney at law review and advise him/her on any documents. He/she wishes to be reimbursed up to $75.00 (seventy-five dollars) from Member Management LLC, he/she must have the attorney at law complete the information on the Member Declaration and acknowledgment form and sign to confirm what he/she was paid for by the GM2 member in regards to advising him/her on any documents about GM2 so that he/she may qualify for a reimbursed of up to $75.00 (seventy-five dollars) from Member Management LLC.

We Can Process Payments Within 2 (two) Weeks of Your Submitting Work to a Firm/Broker:

An individual who joins GM2 as a member must understand that the firm(s)/broker(s) he/she chooses to do business with must share his/her billing information with Member Management LLC so that Member Management LLC can properly prepare and submit his/her invoice from GM2. The following schedule of events can take place within two weeks. Some firms/brokers can sometimes wait up to 2 (two) or 3 (three) weeks before sharing his/her billing information with Member Management LLC, and this is something that, as a GM2 member, he/she will solely negotiate with the firm(s)/broker(s). Any delay by his/her firm(s)/broker(s) to share his/her billing information with Member Management LLC will add to the time for his/her invoicing to process and for him/her to receive a payment. Member Management will be referred to as MM below.

Each event listed above has a different color associated with it. The areas highlighted with different colors indicate the range of time that is allowable for that event to occur so that a two-week timeframe for payment can occur. The range accounts for holidays and other potential delays and ensures consistent timeframes for future payments.
